Transport Manager
We are looking for a proactive Transport Manager who embraces innovation, sees optimization opportunities and inspires people.
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for transport services. You actively steering towards revenue growth, cost control and profitability. You analyze financial results and translate them into strategic actions to continuously improve performance. You know how to maintain the helicopter view and work together with the various professionals in your team. In this role, you are the link between strategy and operations. Through your drive, you know how to take your team to the next level.
What are your tasks as Transport Manager :
- You are operationally responsible for the optimal service to our clients;
- You will indicate and lead continuous improvement projects related to future-proof transport;
- You will support your colleagues in the preparation of negotiations regarding contract extensions, rates and capacity growth;
- You translate strategic objectives into an efficient transport operation;
- You analyse and optimize processes;
- You supervise and motivate a team of professionals and trainees. Your leadership makes the difference!
What do you bring?
- HBO education in logistics, supply chain or a similar direction;
- Work experience in a similar position in a dynamic environment;
- A fresh perspective and analytical insight. You know how to convert data into concrete improvements;

- Knowledge of TMS and planning systems.

Warehouse Operator
Location: Maastricht-Airport (MST) – on site.
We’re seeking a warehouse operator to support our fantastic team in managing inbound and outbound (air cargo) shipments. If you have experience with Logistics, ULD build-up, breakdown, sorting, and airfreight handling, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and processing airfreight shipments.
- Processing incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse
- Breaking down and building up aircraft plates (ULD)
- Warehouse operations – processing inbound and outbound goods by scanning
- Pick-pack activities
- Tidying up and keeping the warehouse tidy
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Supporting the operations team with ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in air cargo handling is a plus.
- A strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

- VMBO / MBO work and thinking level
- Forklift and reach truck certificate
- Hand-on mentality
- Team player
Employment conditions:
- An attractive salary package in line with your experience.
- 37 hours working week, based on a 40 hours working week salary.
- Working in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night), based on a 5 week shift schedule.

OPERATIONS OPERATOR
Location: Maastricht-Airport (MST) – on site.
We are looking for an Operations operator to support our cargo office team. If you’re familiar, or want to become, with airfreight import & export handling, cross-docking, inventory management, customs formalities and handling various types of cargo, this role could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of cargo data in the MLS management system by taking care of the cargo, customs and ULD administration.
- Close contact with partners and customers of MLS by providing and editing the cargo details.
- Controlling the inbound and outbound customs processes.
- Collecting and providing the necessary information for our customers and partners (shipments and Air Way Bill information)
- Monitor the internal and external security and quality guidelines
- Monitor the dangerous goods conformity
- Coordination of the warehouse workload with the warehouse manager and teamleaders on duty.
Requirements:
- MBO degree (post-secondary vocational education level)
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Being able to work independently, flexible attitude.
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Result-oriented, problem-solving, quality-oriented
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- You need to have passion to be the best in your own discipline!
